Our development of a strong and capable leadership team is a key focus for us, the reason why we have invested here is to ensure there is support for everyone. In our recent engagement survey we have seen that actually morale is higher than before with people seeing benefits to the improvement in leadership training and numbers. I am sorry to hear this hasn't impacted positively in your area.
