      Pros

      I have been here only 4 months and most of my ideas have been incorporated or accepted. I came in with the intention of not just being a part of Credit Control but also running the Legal Side of collections and I have been given that opportunity which I am grateful for. The company seems to have a stable future in other lines of litigation so jobs won't be on the line. They are a company that takes pride in looking after their staff through in house benefits, training, regular surveys to bring out the best in individuals and teams. Marley the office dog is a blessing, she is a great moral booster and myself I am lucky to have the responsibility to walk her when she comes to the office. Flexi time and Zero weekends is another plus here, after working for 7 years having to do weekends and long hours Crystal has taken away that stressful part of my life and I can now do hobbies and other outside of work commitments. Free Coffee, Parking. We have a great collections manager.

      Cons

      Some form of bonus structure when targets are surpassed, I believe this will push people to strive for more and exceed further on a consistent basis. "Give a little, and get a little extra back".

      Pros

      The obvious one being free tea and coffee! We get a lot of social events and great Christmas parties!! Managers are very approachable, the staff are very friendly

      Supportive and dynamic employer if you have the right attitude.

      Pros

      The company is very personal, supportive and understanding of individual needs and strives to maximise your strengths and develop you as a person; not just a worker. The hierarchy is quite flat and there is capacity to grow and develop as far as you can if you have the right approach and genuine care for clients and colleagues.

      Cons

      With growth we have lost some elements that made us great. The family feel is lessened and the emerging corporate elements seem unavoidable.
