Dear Reviewer, I agree that our Crystal team contains a great bunch of people. It was a real regret that we recently had to make changes to the structure of the business which also resulted in reduction of required roles. As we shared in the company updates at the time, this was not driven around business performance but a change of process which was needed to protect our customers. You will hopefully appreciate that there are no specifics mentioned in your review and so it's hard to comment. Thanks for sharing your feedback in this review. Sounds like you are enjoying your role and being part of Crystal, which is great to hear. I accept that it has not been practical to implement flexi-working across all teams and I can appreciate how this may feel for those who don't currently have access to that benefit. We hear your feedback and frustration and will look hard for opportunities to make flex hours accessible but cannot promise. I appreciate the efforts of everybody in your team.
