      Horrible place filled with some decent people

      Pros

      The team I work in has lots to do all the time so it's good if you like to keep busy. There are decent people to work with and team mates don't take the work too seriously so its a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Though some of the managers are good a lot of the others treat team mates like dirt. I have seen people get told not to apply for promotions so that the managers favourites have more chance of getting the job. HR is a joke and its usually one rule for some and another rule for others. I joined over a year ago and was told that the company would start doing other things instead of just PPI claims. But nothing has changed. The company takes a lot of money from customers and then treats them like dirt if there are any complaints at all.

      Targets!

      Pros

      People are great there. Coaching is good and the managers give you lots of support. Theyre always trying to help you get your target, atmosphere is quite good and sometimes they have music on. Only 1 in 6 Sats for 4 hours which is why a lot of people stay

      Cons

      Target is not realistic, they have 2 campaigns, one is better data and one is really bad. The good sales people go on the better one, and the rest are left to fight it out. Its unfair though because the target is the same for both, you have to get 5 a day, so the good sales people easily hit 8 or 9 and they earn loads, but the ones on the low campaign can only get 3-4 so they never move off it. there is no rota for this so its unfair. Ive heard its expanding with new stuff but no idea what now as PPI wont have long to go. No sick pay at all Long hours 10 - 7 and 7:30 mon-thurs, then 10 - 4 on Friday, but the days in the week are really long to be logged on for that long

      Could be a great place to work but isn't

      Pros

      Alot of the people in my team are really nice. The hours are 9-5 but can be flexible depending on who your manager is. If you work hard you can be left alone and not get hassled.

      Cons

      Some managers are really horrible to their team members! They talk about them behind their backs and alot of the things which are said about people don't seem to be true at all. There's a big thing about going out after work and drinking lots, so if you don't drink then you get really left out. The pay is really poor and no chance of promotion unless you're good friends with the managers.
