      Pros

      Great place to work, lots of development opportunities and promoted from within. Great community with in all departments.

      Cons

      You will always get the odd person with a grudge or negative about their role but that's anywhere you work!

      Supportive, fun, and driven company

      Pros

      Some fantastic staff which add real value to the business. Opportunities to develop and progress are clear and 50% of the management team have been promoted internally. If you put in the hard work you get plenty back. Fantastic commission structures which are tough but achievable. Lots of support and coaching to help everyone be the best they can. Not the culture to get rid of staff as soon as they struggle to perform, but support and coach them to improve. Lots of fun social activities for everyone to get involved in from Comic Relief nights, charity themed working days, summer social events and Christmas party.

      Cons

      Some people are very negative and it can bring others down. If you don't like your job then go elsewhere! Need to launch the next product soon so staff have something to work towards after PPI is gone.

      Pros

      I've had some great times working here over the years. Tony the CEO has an open door policy and feel that I can talk to any of the senior management team. Grown from a small to big family over the years but still a great place to work. Crystal Legal has given me great flexibility so that I can have an excellent work/life balance.

      Internal decor - needs redecorating
