      Free tea and Coffee. Some great people working there.

      Management are extremely condescending, hypocritical, obnoxious, sly, manipulative. I won't carry on. 1. Selling an idea that is unlikely to line your own pockets doesn't work. 2. Changing the commission structure half way through the month doesn't work. 3. Monthly company updates would be great if they had any relevance in relation to the future of the company. 4. Justifying every action and never taking responsibility is both arrogant and infuriating. 5. I've worked in a number of sales environments over the years. Crystal claw back agents comission, focus on sales volume and not the client, process claims incorrectly, tick certain boxes for compliance purposes but disregard the customer. This list could on and on..... Even the company name is recieving. Most people that you speak to believe that calling from a solicitors. Just shocking.

      Ive just read the recent reviews and laughed. This place is the most regimented, inflexible employer I've ever worked for. They keep changing roles and targets. The focus isnt on the customer its on the number of calls made - never mind the quality. Your even told when you can go to the toilet and if your face fits you might get a promotion far. If you just do the job your at the bottom of the pile and treated like rubbish

As you will know from our monthly company updates, we're a dynamic and ambitious business. We're investing in marketing and technology which is aiding the business growth. You'll also know we've also recently recognised a bunch of folks for "Exceeding Expectations" on customer calls and have introduced our "Wow Factor" awards too. Standards, targets and behaviours are an important part of what we look for and reward, though but we want everybody to feel appreciated. I'd encourage you to share your feelings with your team leader in your next 121. Alternatively, speak with your Engagement representative who can help raise your specific concerns on your behalf.
