Senior leadership do everything they can to make every employee happy, and comes to work excited. They are also HIGHLY visible every single day, including the CEO. Offices have open floor plans, and everyone is one big happy family. Managers are highly experienced in what we do, and have developed their careers with us over the years. So, if you are new to the business you will be learning from the best of the best in the industry.
Entry-level jobs are filled on personality and fit, which makes your co-workers unique and inspiring. The Training and Development team can (and will) teach you what you need to know to perform the job, but you have to bring personality and drive everyday to be great at it.

Cons
As we are expanding, and growing on a daily basis, there is so much to be done. We need to re - decorate the main reception as its looking a bit shabby. We need to spend more money on our Consumer Brand and Employer Brand marketing - people need to hear about this place!!! If you are looking for a corporate business with lots of structure this is not the place for you.
