      Crossover is the best company for me

      Pros

      I'm working in Crossover almost 2 years, and as for me - it is the best company, which had to work. I work 40 hours per week and have opportunity to plan my own schedule and can work any time per day. Also I can work anywhere - from home, on the beach, cafe. Salary is paid regularly, weekly. I work in professional team. We live in different parts of the world, but we are always in touch with :)

      Pros

      Work from any part of the world with the flexibility of timing. Structured process of work. Fair way of analyzing the work performance. Approachable higher management. Very fair in terms of salary processing with very well paid jobs as per the market. Good assistance from the team mates.

      Work evaluation should be more precise.

      Good company to work for if you are travelling

      Pros

      You don't need to go to any office, everything is handled 100% remote which is great if you are travelling or want to avoid the hassle of driving to work during rush hours You can manage your work schedule which helps you find a good work life balance You are paid every Wednesday, you never get delays with payments You are working within a team, which makes you feel not so isolated even when you are working 100% remote

      Cons

      You spend 40 hours working on your own which can get very lonely sometimes Everything is so metrics driven that sometimes part of the work you have to do makes no sense The fact that everything is so remote makes you feel a bit unstable sometimes Virtual communication can sometimes be misleading,

We agree that working remotely is a great perk, not to mention so much work is making its way to the cloud at this point, we think we are ahead of the curve as we believe most work will become remote in the future. We are also happy that you have found a great work\life balance. One of our core values is you, the person, and ensuring that you are able to find this balance that is sometimes so hard to do. We also appreciate your feedback about working solo and in a sort of bubble. We are working hard to implement some social tools to help with this potentially negative aspect. We still believe that work does not really happen at the office, and our research proves that you will get 100% more done working in this environment, but don't want it to become a loathsome place and want to truly help you get to know others in the organization around the world as well. Stay tuned for some bug announcements on that front!
