      renote job and nice rate

      Cons

      dynamically unstable, projects are closed after 1 month, people are being fired just like this without any notice time period, upper management is getting crazy. Contractors are being sent to do called bootcamps to certify their skills which should be called concentration camps. Company is not fair to employees. Some things do not make any sense at all. I was treated not as human.

      Pros

      - Work from home - Schedule flexibility - Good management - Company is constantly changing, you need to adapt to the change and it is a good thing, you feel part of the company with that. - Payment is always on schedule (some people is concerned about that) - Workload, depending on the position might be too high but you can talk to your manager to get help from them. - Management is great, they are approachable, they listen to feedback. - Meetings always trying to improve, constantly asking for feedback as well. - You can use Windows/MacOS Each job will depend on the company that hires you within Crossover but so far, everything's been great and I look forward to grow within the company.

      Cons

      Some radical changes might not be well planned and confuses employees but this is a remote company, it cannot be handled as a regular company so this can be seen as a bad thing.
