Pros

PAY IS OUTSTANDING!! You can also work from the comfort of your own home.

Cons

I literally don't know where to start?! This company is very impulsive in their decision-making! They're lacking in systems and knowing how to implement best practices in order for you to do your job more efficiently. There is little to no communication given before changes are made! Many managers manage their people by using fear as a motivator. There's a lot of internal turmoil between VP's and CEO's of different verticals.

Thank you for your comments and your honesty. In the past four years, Crossover has grown from a small startup to a global professional network of more than 3,500 actively contracted partners in 130+ countries. While our growth trajectory has been exciting, there have indeed been some growing pains. Every team and company within the Crossover network has slightly different internal practices, and the working experience can vary depending on your work placement, but we are actively working to improve every team in the organization. We will pass your feedback back to top-level management.

Pros

Great team Great projects Good pay Flexibility in choosing working hours 100% remote

Cons

Only cons I could think of during my tenure - 40 hours a week rule( pure 40 hours tracked using a tracker) is exhausting.

Pros

Working from home, but it doesn't really help once you work with them.

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all. They pay low wages for many finance roles. They exploit ppl from outside the US with wages someone at a fast food chain makes in the US. It's online slavery to be honest. There is no OT pay, no benefits and no equipment provided.
