Pros

NONE THAT I CAN RECOMMEND

Cons

Definitely no job security. If you hit your metrics every single time you are not excluded of been fire without reason or notice. Horrible management and constant bullying. Senior management would lie to your face saying how proud they are about paying the same salary rate in any part of the world because they believe talent should be paid equally no matter where they are located....... Straight B.S as the same position would pay a lot less in various part of the world.

A bad bad company

Pros

Payment every week and work from home. Avoid at any cost and join it only as a temporary solution if you are short on money or something.

Cons

Modern way of slavery, ridiculous experiments, aka the bootcamp, constant failing teams and projects. The metrics are jeopardized by the SVPs/VPs, and they tend to play some political games in order to progress or keep their $200/$100 per hour at any cost.
