Pros

Nice salary, opportunity to work from any place.

Cons

Annoying software for timetracking. No payed holidays, you get money only when work.

Pros

remote work, you can work from anywhere flexible working hours, you can have your 8 hours per day distributed as you pleased, 2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon, etc.. the project for which I am working on is actually great, I created the framework from scratch, I did the all implementation by myself and my work is very appreciate, the team is ok, we have 2-3 meetings weekly

Cons

the work is very intense, 8 hours is 8 hours, to a normal job office based from 8 hours you only work 5-6 hours, the rest are spent in breaks, etc.. I am not so well paid, and I am actually doing the job for QA Software Architect which is paid doubled, but for which Crossover has another set of tests
