Pros

Good salary, you work fully independent and control your own time.

Cons

Company does not have the right people in the right places. Very smart people at high levels but not the right people managing the Commercial side of the business. IT people control sales and you can see how the policies, hiring methodologies and targets are the worng ones to manage a sales organization properly.

Pros

Great colleagues. Team mates do their best and help each other. The company has kind of figured out how to remote work right with their management tools, recruitment and hiring process and payments of salaries but there are lot of things the tools cannot measure. Break time is on you. So basically is not 8 hours but 8 + 30mins or 1 hours of break :9 hours.

Cons

Performance metrics are broken. All you told is to train on more products so that you can get more tickets and get your numbers up. L1 scope of responsibility vary from product to product and it takes a longer time to solve some issues than other. It does not take into account the product for which an issue is solved. This is logical (imo, everyone should understand this) but most of Management do not seem to understand this and if they do, they have no regards for this as seen in the Quality assessments Too much micro managing. Good feedback from people on the ground are mostly ignored. Quick to fire (No notice given from management to employeer before they are let go. not even a day's notice)
