Pros

-Flexible time -Opportunity for growth within the company (within 1 year I was promoted - important to always be visible with other teams and management in delivering your work and open to learn from seniors) -Lots of learning oppurtunity and knowledge transfer between the team -Good experience to work and collaborate with virtual team across the globe -Ability to have good communication and work opportunity with the senior management -Opportunity to work in new projects related to new acquisitions etc

Cons

-You may need to work odd hours based on company requirement -If you are someone whom prefer to work F2F or be physically at office, this kind of job may be not in your favor.

Cons

If you like commuting and working in an office, you might not like the work from home model.

Pros

- Great pay - Remote (work from home) - Performance driven promotions and opportunities - Great mixture of cultures and people - Granular selection of talented people - Extremely large palette of products and technologies to learn

Cons

- Extra time is not paid (except when it's pre-approved) - Frequent internal changes due to ever-improving business goals - A feeling of lesser job security compared to traditional jobs (via Independent Contractor agreement)
