Pros

The maturity level of process has a high level even not perfect yet, our metrics are clearly measured . The people are generally good and helpful to improve our performance. The code quality has a high standard so it a good place to learn.

Cons

The promotion process is not stated clearly whether we should take another test or achieve some metrics to be promoted .

You need to apply to the target pipeline, pass the job evaluation, and pass RemoteCamp. Also, you need the endorsement of your current SVP/VP-level managers.
