Pros

* Payment works perfectly like clock work * Client application is designed elegantly to not coming your way of work * You can pick and choose when to work in the day. Although there're rules to adhere to, it is easy to adapt to them. * Plenty of work to do, no need to worry about sitting idle before the screen * One of the best managers I have worked with though out my career * Coworkers are smart and very knowledgeable, you can always learn something new every time you talk to them.

Cons

* Transitioning from regular work environment to work from home could be tough at the beginning. * Depending on the project, sometimes pressure to deliver is high * Promotions are hard to come by, you have to re-do the whole interview process to get it * Switching between teams is tough unless you have a good circle of friends. Given this is a remote task it is challenging.
