Pros

I'm new to Crossover but I have mostly great things to talk about. First, the project I was assigned to is really challenging. It took me out of the comfort zone and is frequently pushing me to think strategically rather than just operationally like most of my previous jobs. Salary is great, above the market. The work journey is flexible, apart from common client meetings, you define your schedule to unleash your maximum potential. Working 100% remotely is great, it gives me the freedom to choose where to work. The company is fair and commits to what is agreed upon.

Cons

The hiring process took longer than expected, but it wasn't really Crossover's fault. Each client has their own hiring timing. I just felt that feedback could have been more frequent, as I had to keep asking for it, making me wonder whether the agreement would really happen. Also, I'm still getting used to the time tracking system. In one hand I think it's nice as it helps you to stay focused, but sometimes I think it's too exaggerated because eventually you'll need to read a technical article or a tech video in YT and it may be considered distraction. But I believe it isn't something that can't be talked with your manager as I've found them very open minded.

Pros

1. A transparent approach to Performances and Quality. 2. Worksmart PRO is used for virtual Gemba Walk an extremely powerful tool for Performances tracking (a concept which is very well used by several lean manufacturing companies like Toyota). 3. Well structured Managers Remote Camp and Engineers Remote Camp will test the best of the best to retain only the Top 15% performers. 4. Very well defined industry best practice methods such as Check-in-Chats with managers, Deep dive methods, Rank and review (stack ranking based on Quality and Productivity) helps in overall professional development and focusses on performances improvements of every individual in the team.

Cons

1. Definitely not suited for everyone and low performers even if get selected will not survive in our company for few days or say will be fired in the first few weeks.

Pros

> Pay is good and hazel free, everything is transparent, you get paid for the number of hours you log weekly > Working remotely > Flexible work hours, all though depending on your team you might have to align at least 70% of your work hours according to the team availability for collaboration > You get to work on different products developed across different platforms and domain > The company works on metrics and performance, it helped me assess myself week after week and helped me perform better. > The HR team is awesome, very approachable and the queries get addressed in a very short amount of time

Cons

> The Only constant thing here is the change!, if there is a change in management, then you will have to quickly adapt to the changes what the new management brings in
