The company works like a factory where every contractor is doing A LOT the same work every day.
Pros
Salary - the only one. But pay attention - company does not pay for software, HR, office, benefits, certificates etc. To accomplish 8 hours work you really have to work at least 10 hours every day. And question - is it really good salary in that case?
Cons
- what will you write in your resume after one year of working here? That you did 100K long method reworks? Really? - managers constantly raising amount of work you should do every day. If you do not accomodate - you lose your job. - Here people who can talk a lot but do nothing always beat real professionals because managers are very low quality and chose those who talk a lot. - A lot of people here are just for salary and do everything to stay here even lay, pretend. - NO ANY NEW TECHNOLOGIES - you will work with Java 4 at most and all other technologies are from early 2000.
