      Cross over offer you a really competitive salary with a 100% remote type of work. It's really amazing, you can be anywhere in the world.

      It's really difficult to get hired, they say only 3% of applications pass and the overall environment is really competitive

      Pros

      If your main focus is your career, Crossover is one of the best options. Everything here is about making work more productive while focusing 100% quality. Now I can see that my previous jobs were wasting my time with no contribution to my career. Being a metric driven organization is not scary, in fact, you’ll learn everything in Remote Camp and if you apply all, you don’t have to worry about anything. Some employees would talk about the changes in company a lot and ignore them, in here you are responsible from all actions and they are letting you to take initiative. I know many people who has been working for long time.

      Cons

      - Regular office jobs became unnecessary for me after Crossover - Lot of actions can be taken and sometimes it is exhausting but stick to WS Pro and Remote Camp learnings always, don’t get lost in daily operations - those issues will also be solved with WS Pro.
