Pros

1. Great Flexibility . I work from Mon to fri in my suitable hours and still able to clock the required 40 hrs per week I am able to spend a significant portion of my time in Quality Assurance - Incredible learning opportunities. I think this might be specific to the team room you get assigned to. But only to a certain extent. - Recieve Weekly prompt payments of the salary .

Cons

- little glitch in coomunicating with team members as the WFH makes it bit inconvinient - No PF or insurance is available . But this not a major concern given the pay . - Not sure if the same flexibility is there for other cross over employee who are not part of Avolin

There is no job security

Pros

It is remote and they are hiring all around the world without citizenship or timezone requirement

Cons

There is no job security. It depends on your manager. Even if you are delivering good metric they can fire you and give low performance score. No one checking why manager is firing you. There is always shrink to grow. Most of people just trying to stay in company and get paid more. But no one is trying to deliver business value they are just delivering metric counts. This tends to low sell in sales department and more shrink to grow. There is infinite loop in here. There is tool called worksmart that is providing too many metrics. It is good to keep you productive but managers was using this tool when they want to fire you. They always find flaw if they want to fire you. There is always organizational changes in your team.
