Thank you for your thoughtful review. We leave paid/unpaid leave decisions up to our individual business units, but all opportunities at Crossover do allow for time off, public holidays, sick days, and vacation. We ask partners to have conversations with their managers about planned time off to limit the impact on team performance, but our policy is very flexible to accommodate work/life balance.

Pros

- Learnt how to collaborate with people from different countries and different time zones - There's a "Playbook" for every process and every single step, you don't need to ask your manager on most of the issues. - The quality of Test cases are amazing and so the quality of the product (due to review process) - Support team are so proactive and helpful - Working remotely is a great benefit these days, I'm one of few people (worldwide) who was not affected with any Cornavirus curfew, and not being stressed from traffic in normal days.

Cons

- Career path is a concern, you should depend on yourself in learning any new technologies or finding your career goals. - Job security is not so good.
