Glad the modern stack is a good fit. We hear you on onboarding—it’s traditionally designed for autonomy, but we’re actively using AI to add more structure so new starts can settle in faster. Thanks for the 5 stars

Pros

AI forward company where we are encouraged and almost required to use AI in every aspect of our work. I rarely write emails manually anymore, as our AI systems have enough context to automate many tasks. At the same time, we’re expected to take full ownership of every AI generated response, which makes us meticulous and responsible users of a powerful tool. Because AI expands the scope of my daily work, the role stays dynamic, challenging, and exciting.

Cons

This environment isn’t for everyone you need to be a self starter who can navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance. Support is available, but only if you actively seek it, so it’s not ideal for someone who expects constant handholding. I’d only recommend applying if you have solid experience. While being part of a global remote team offers flexibility, it can also feel lonely, so it helps to have a life outside of work. Flexible hours are a benefit, but only for those who put in the effort to truly make the most of them.
