Thanks for the feedback! Great to hear you found the pay competitive. It sounds like you worked with one of our client companies - they tend to be early adopters of emerging tech like AI, which can sometimes make things feel unsettled. While we can't directly control their management decisions, we're actively working on making career growth paths clearer for everyone we place.

Pros

They pay you very well

Cons

You are just a work bot for the company. You can be fired even after just 3 months of getting hired for the silliest possible reasons and policy change. You won’t even get a month’s notice “because you are just a contractor”. Micro management cannot get “microer” than what it is in crossover. Nobody cares about improving products or services. It’s all about making profit in the present. **Note: You must have noticed that there are some positive reviews too, and almost all of them are from current employees. That’s because the company makes employees write down positive reviews with 5 stat ratings and share screenshots with the managers. And in some cases a current employee may even find things to be ok because the remote work and good compensation makes up for all the other cons, but they all get a rude awakening when one day, without any notice they will be kicked out because ‘management feels like trying something different today’.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad you appreciated the competitive pay rates we offer. I need to strongly disagree with your claim about our review practices. We absolutely do not require employees to write positive reviews or share screenshots with managers - that would be unethical and goes against everything we stand for. While we do encourage our workforce to share their honest experiences on Glassdoor to help candidates make informed decisions, we never track responses or mandate positive ratings. It appears your feedback about management practices and work culture relates to one of the companies we hire for, rather than Crossover itself. As a recruiter, we don't have direct control over their management styles or business decisions. However, we take this feedback seriously. If you're willing to share more details about your experience, please reach out to humanresources@crossover.com so we can look into your specific situation and use your feedback to help drive improvements.

Thanks for sharing your perspective! It's great to hear you found good colleagues and received reliable payments - those are key aspects we strive for. Since you mentioned management decisions and KPIs, it sounds like you may be referring to one of the companies we hire for, rather than Crossover itself. While we carefully select our client companies, we don't have direct control over their day-to-day management practices. If you'd like to share more specific details about your experience, please reach out to humanresources@crossover.com so we can look into improving things.
