Pros

I've been with Trilogy (Central Function) for just over a year now. They pay well and they pay on time. Remote working is a huge benefit for people like me who are home bound for personal reasons but who know that they are really smart and have a lot to offer.

Cons

It used to be fun till a few months back with enough job variety to provide intellectual stimulation and keep the superstars engaged. Now the work has got extremely monotonous and assembly-line, with nothing to do but pull tickets like a cog in a wheel. Work units have been chopped down to the extent that they provide no stimulation whatsoever. Work deadlines have been cut to the extent that there is no time to think of how to "better" the output. I feel dirty! The irony is that the company wishes to hire awesome, smart people and then expects them to work like robots. That's not how you get to retain top talent.

We appreciate such detailed feedback, though this is about Trilogy, which is a client of Crossover. Nonetheless, we're glad you generally found the work to be stimulating for so long, and wish you well in the future.

Pros

They give competitive pay, and have managers constantly check up on progres

Cons

They constantly advice you to take in negative feedback, that's their way of telling you" anything could happen anytime".(job termination) Little to No job security. Little to no learning curve.

We appreciate your review, though it appears you may be reviewing the company we hired for, rather than Crossover itself. It's good you felt supported and enjoyed the pay while you worked on the team. Thank you for the feedback about feedback from the workers and from management, we will relay this to our team.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad the high pay and challenging work was something you appreciated. As part of our fully-remote setup, we do use productivity software to help keep everyone on track outside of an office environment. We've found it's quite effective for our teams, and not any more intrusive than being in an office, where your boss can look over your shoulder at any time. But it's certainly not for everyone.
