on your feet for hours low pay no encouragement or praise for work well done extremely cliquey despite working very hard and getting amazing comments from customers constantly, i received virtually nil encouragement from management. there is no point in working hard there, except for your own satisfaction as it goes unrecognized. so don't bother. there are so many managers, it is hard to keep track. most of them walk around at the beginning of the shift then hide, in their office. and unless you are a part of their 'in' group, they pretty much give you a scowl all day long. depressing. they harp on - meeting their store targets, but there isn't any benefit for you helping to reach it. it is a mc job - only if you are desperate.
