Cons

The management style at these stores can be described as micro-management, with a strong focus on financial success. Unfortunately, this means that customer service has become a thing of the past. The company's image is that of a bully, as they tend to hire managers who exhibit bullying behavior. This is especially concerning in the current times after Covid, when finding good employees has become a challenge. It is evident that the company prioritizes money over providing excellent customer service. As a result, I cannot recommend working for this company. The work environment is incredibly stressful, with managers constantly monitoring every hour of their employees' shifts and pressuring them to meet high sales targets.
