Pros

I've never had an experience where there is so much transparency, empowerment and sincere caring about the individual development of people on the team. It honestly doesn't even feel like I go to work every day.

Cons

Like any startup, there is a lot of weight on us. I personally love that, but working for a startup might not be for everyone.
