Cotopaxi interview questions

The interview process was three interviews over the course of a little over a month (about 40 days) and had an easy going and laid back vibe. There was a very bare job description which was marketed as an "opportunity" to flesh out my own role which seemed exciting but seemed to be the undoing of the process. The first two interviews were about 30 minutes long with the director of FP&A and the Controller of the company and the third interview seemed to be a tie-breaker with the CFO/COO between me and one other finalist. The tie-breaker interview had to be rescheduled twice and only lasted about 15 minutes - a little anti-climactic to be honest but a good chat. In the end they decided to not to hire anyone and to revisit the job description and start the process over as they felt both finalists were only a "50% fit". I really liked to the team for the most part and really hope they can figure out that job description because they seemed stressed and in need of help with reporting and process improvement. Overall good experience.
