Thank you for your review. We are happy to see you have a positive outlook for our company. The commission structure is set so sales leaders can maximize their earning potential. With the current structure we have several employees in the sales department earning over 100K per year. The great news is we are currently reviewing all elements of the commission structure and are looking to make it even more competitive for our reps. Thank you for your review. Since you are still a current employee the first thing I would suggest is come and speak with someone in Human Resources about your complaints. I honestly believe the HR Department can help with whatever the issues are. Our core company values are Innovation, Execution, Collaboration, Integrity and The People. We work extremely hard to maximize these values. Next I would recommend joining one or more of our committees so you can have more input with our company events, our newsletter, wellness initiatives, and philanthropic efforts.
