      Pros

      Excellent group of people who are very intelligent and great at what they do. Learned invaluable skills and experiences.

      Cons

      Longer hours during major deals and the pay is on the lower end of the spectrum but stock makes up for that.

      When we receive an unfavorable review we take it extremely serious. We understand we cannot please every person in every aspect of business but that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t like to. Although we consistently make efforts to improve the interaction between management and staff, we some times fall short. Due to your review I must say we have failed you. To receive a review like this from a current employee means we must work harder to improve morale throughout the company. That task, to improve corporate morale, falls squarely on the shoulders of Human Resources, which I am apart of. Please take the time to reach out to our department.       Too many to list. Horrible management...theft and territory violations everyday. Constantly lied to about any and everything concerning your accounts. Management is full of narcissistic ego driven people who lack the basic human people skills to even be considered worthy to be in their position.
