Pros

Company has potential - ideas and goals are good. Benefits are good. Some of the divisional and group leaders really seem to care.

Cons

Fleetcor has far outgrown their ability to manage their businesses and grow with the times. They say they care about people and want to be inclusive but the company's top management simply does not care to learn or take advice from those closest to the actual work (including those that run divisions and businesses). You cannot have a great company if you don't trust people. From a people standpoint - communication is terrible, methods are outdated and they don't care about people or doing things well. It is run as get immediate $ now - and don't worry about long-term implications. Change is just for change, not to make things better. Lots of smoke and mirrors...and those that want to contribute to actually making progress/change and creating real execution that is done well (rather than check marks) are treated poorly, seen as not being on the team and/or run off. HR values making decisions before understanding situations or impacts. Company doesn't worry about turnover - can justify anything as not their fault. Last, allows for managers/employees to have deplorable behavior with no consequences.

Doesn’t care about employees

Pros

Health insurance cost is reasonable and they are open to the idea of remote work.

Cons

Senior management does not at all care about employees. Decisions are made without considering how they’ll affect the daily work life of their people and when the people voice an issue, they get ignored. There are fast food restaurants that pay more than some people make working for Fleetcor are making. It’s quintessential corporate America.

Pros

They provide decent and affordable benefits.

Cons

There are so many. First lets start with the management and the toxic, adversarial atmosphere they cultivate. Brown nosing is encouraged and expected if you want to receive extra benefits. Favoritism is rampant. Below average salaries. New reps being hired with same base salary as tenured reps. There is no career progression. High turnover! Do a google search and explore the FTC suit and numerous BBB complaints from former and current customers. As well as former alliance partners. And they are so deplorable they are sending out emails to employees to encourage them to provide online ratings. They are so desperate they are providing coaching on what to post online. You can do so much better elsewhere.
