      Micro managers / Low Pay

      Pros

      Masochist will love this place. Micro managing , low paying , brutal place to work. Leadership is old and out of touch. They are grandparents that are trying to keep up in a technology world. Sales force was upgraded and its only utilized so leadership can check in on how many calls we make (insert crying emoji) They have no concept of sales tools or how to sell - but its not their fault. Ever. And if you say anything about their ineptitude; you're complaining! If you have read this far and decide to take the job - be warned severely underpaid and you'll lose half your team within 6 months! Enjoy!

      It's a job.. For now at least

      - 401K match is pathetic - Culture is terrible - No opportunities for raises or bonuses. No opportunities for moving up or promotions as there is no structure and organization - Pay is waaay below market rate, places - Extremely high turnover rate - Execs are completely out of touch with employee. Complete egotistical male run exec - Constant re-structuring and moving teams around - Company unethical (multiple public lawsuits against this company now & execs lack a moral compass) - The CEO, Ron Clarke, is the most overpaid CEO of any public company. - Fleetcor is one of, if not the most disproportionate companies in terms of pay between lowest-level and highest-level employees

      Pros

      The work is engaging and my immediate team is great to work with and makes the average day pleasant.

      Cons

      The culture feels old-fashioned. The demographics of the executives are not diverse and the values that roll down are controlling and do not show trust which limits innovation and engagement. Also, communication is poor. There is an intranet, but I don't understand why because no one keeps it up to date.
