Lack of promotion Manger corruption Fake parlogs Attendence by managers and employees an issue Dismotivation in select employees because of favoritism I was a favorite but Ive seen the way they treat others. Gives promotions to new hires

Employee discount. Free coffee available. Nice view from the Building. On site gym.

Cons

Converse is self destructing...and nike is helping. Nike taking over almost everyhing. Nike selling Converse shoes in Nike outlets. Nike did the same to Hurley. Converse' idea of innovation is a new color of the chuck taylor. Everything goes so slow. Too many old farts work at Converse...they need to go.

The Company stands for self expression and wants you to express yourself.

Cons

The company doesn't know what way they want to go. Upper Management does not agree on this. One person will tell you one thing and another will come behind and say something else so you are always feeling like you are being ping ponged around. If the Upper Management doesn't think you can go anywhere in the store or if you do not want to move up with in the company they will get rid of you quickly. This leading to the question as to why they do not want to train you to move up with in the company?
