Pros

Great benefits because Nike owns the company. 40% discount, and you could double dip.

Cons

Pay is horrible for a 'full time lead'. You weren't even allowed to call yourself a manager, but that is what your role consisted of. Be prepared to put in lots of work, that you aren't being compensated for. Be prepared for your store manager to spend A LOT time in the back and not lift a finger. Hearsay happens all of the time, gossip between management and associates as well.

Pros

Despite the appealing product, attractive benefits, and a great office,

Cons

I wouldn't recommend working at that company. The employees often seem ill-suited for their roles, primarily receiving promotions based on tenure rather than merit. The workplace culture is toxic, with leadership seemingly focused solely on advancing towards Nike. The COO's office experiences frequent turnover, reflecting a lack of concern for addressing underlying issues. The company has numerous policies, but exceptions abound, especially for certain individuals, fostering favoritism and the presence of entitled, incompetent employees.
