Pros

Benefits Laid back environment

Cons

If you white it’s all great! If you’re of an ethnic background, mainly black, not so much. No equal pay. No performance based promotions. European boys club

Pros

Passionate and creative employees. For the most part people support each other. Made really good friends here. Exciting projects, great opportunities, lots of learning experiences. People get promoted pretty quickly. Fantastic office building.

Cons

Can be clique-y and bro-network-y. Only one or two women in top roles, and little to no people of color in top jobs. A definite sense of who is cool and who is not, and it's getting worse. Projects are pretty disorganized with SLT often changing direction after a ton of work, money and time was invested. Staff is getting burned out. People are losing their work-life balance. Decisions are made at the top that employees don't understand. Feels a bit like they've lost their way. Feels like people are being scrutinized for their value, but in an unfair/unreasonable way. Morale is suffering. Used to be a really great place to work but not anymore. It felt like before people were encouraged, supported and helped to grow with resources. Now people just don't make the cut. Don't see myself sticking around much longer.

Pros

Discount, matching 401k, half day fridays

Cons

No voice if your not a Manager and very political. Promotions are tough to come by unless your in close with the decision makers.
