Pros

Work/life balance tough to beat. Great location. Nike perks.

Cons

Company could and should run with half the people. No accountability. Corporate layer after layer. Can't get out of our own way. High majority of employees have roles they've never done before and are "trying to figure it out." No one knows where this brand is headed.
