Pros

Flexible work hours, low stakes, not extremely stressful.

Cons

Many people either don't try, are not smart, are not kind, or all of the above. There is no system to reward high performers so they leave and the only ones who stay year after year are generally de-motivated poor performers. Leadership makes decisions based on who they like instead of keeping the company running.

Pros

Free breakfast, gym and people

Cons

Upper management is a mess, there is too much favoritism for those that kiss up. Un professional behavior is overlooked, tons of cursing and some managers talking down to the younger associates, not good,

Pros

Free coffee Really creative and interesting colleagues Frequent company parties

Cons

High turnover of leadership and upper management has created a individualistic culture which pins people against each other. Collaboration among teams never actually happens, only the allusion of it. As a result, there is very little consistency in messaging and strategy.
