Pros

Horrible company! I was fired for time card fraud due to my idle time being excessive. I was never given a warning about it being too high. I only clocked into work one morning only to be pulled into a meeting saying that I'm being fired for stealing time. My supervisor had lied on me multiple times telling his boss that I was idle and he clocked me out because of it, but when I spoke to her and she reviewed the report she stated to me that I wasn't idle.

Cons

Supervisors are annoying and call you for every minuscule thing that can be a chat instead, no positivity, just a bunch of lies every single day.

Poor training. Sadly, I was given inadequate training. I was eventually moved to a department where I shined, then placed back into the department where I was poorly trained. I was full time, but have been placed part-time because of my poor performance in the department where i was poorly trained.

Cons

This job does not care about employees because if they did they would be more sensitive to employees well being. They want you to work, they don’t care for a work life balance. A lunch break of 30 minutes is unacceptable. Not being able to call out sick without being questioned seems very elementary. The trainer in particular needs help, she always stumbling on her words, makes a lot of mistakes and causes confusion which in result makes the whole class confused and lost and not comfortable moving forward with taking calls. Training is very rushed just like a lot of these third party companies. Luckily I already had customer care experience because this job is low tier, and just because they have reputable clients doesn’t make Continuum reputable. A feel a union coming on…find a better place to work, you will dodge a huge bullet.
