Pros

Only confined to this place for 8 hours a day

Cons

Actually, there are way too many to post on this forum. First off, this is the 3rd company name change in 7 years of my employment doing the same customer job, and every vendor just gets worse and worse. The pay is well below average with no cost of living raise in 5 years. They try to accommodate raising with bonuses that are hard to make money from. Between stress from management to meet unrealistic metrics to the belligerent customers you talk to, the attrition rate is alarming. Supervisors, managers and even several directors have left due to excessive disorganization. The building is nasty, with filthy, broken chairs. The computers are ancient and system issues are the norm. I dread coming to work everyday just because the atmosphere is so unprofessional. They will hire anyone that has a voice. Employee loyalty means nothing to them. As long as there is someone in a chair taking a call; that’s all that matters. Some managers and supervisors think because you’re an employee, then you’re ignorant and when you dispute or challenge any of there information, they will call you childish. I don’t ever see this place prospering. Everyday I’m looking for a new job, but employers even look the other way once they see this company on my resume.

Pros

Set schedule Some of the people you work with are amazing

Cons

During training/transition, they give you the illusion that they care and will work with you. Spoiler, they really don't. While I worked there, we agreed to 12 weeks. 5 weeks training, 7 weeks in translation. We were supposed to have 16 hours to miss work during training, and 16 hours for transition and two additional vacation days. I missed 0 days during training; I believe I was 30 minutes late one day. We were supposed to only miss the hours I mentioned above including two vacation days. I missed 4 or less hours to go home and finish packing (didn't count towards the 16 hours), two days sick, and my two vacation days. That was all I missed in 12 weeks. During transition, there were supervisors switching schedules, so our 12 weeks were extended for two more weeks. They DID not allow us to miss days, PTO didn't build up, and we weren't allowed more vacation days even though we were practically promised the we'd get all of the above after 12 weeks. My friend was forced to work an entire day of work when she could barely talk. Then, she shows up the next day and was forced to work 2 and a half hours before the finally let her go home (she was also my ride, so unsurprising I got sick a few day later). I was forced to work 2 hours before getting to go home. Mind you, this all happened after the 12 week agreement. I graduated from production, the ONE day I miss, they throw it in my face, and claim they need me. Then claim that I miss 4.5 days because they decided to use the vacation days as an excuse. I've worked here 3 months, missed about 2 days and about 10 hours of work, and used two vacation days. There are better jobs out there that will treat everyone like humans and not machines. Don't work here unless it's a last resort.

Pros

It's a paycheck and some sort of benefits .... albeit not very good ones. The company is growing ... but with almost no vision or corporate culture.

Cons

Treated like an ignorant servant by almost everyone there. They actually believe their phony smiles can make up for all sorts of horrible treatment Absolutely clueless and phony management at almost all levels. No opportunity for advancement unless your lips are firmly attached to the right bottoms 24/7. Terrible location for ordinary people to commute.
