Pros

There aren’t any. No compelling incentives, No bonuses, No yearly raise just base pay.

Cons

They have system issues to where their phones defect and there login system for communication malfunctions to where you can’t even email or contact anyone for help. When you do get help no one has a resolution just the run around. It’s so sad this company was amazing 5years ago. Now it’s horrible I cry because my computer has been malfunctioning for more then 2weeks I abide protocol troubleshooting techniques and reach out for support I get put on hold for hours, or when I do get help the help is techniques I’ve already attempted by myself or with a Supervisor. The iT team doesn't care they’ll jus say ok stay on hold then eventually hang up. When I tell supervisors they say I’m sorry to hear and too keep trying. I tell them I want to make sure my pay is secured and they say they don’t pay unless I’m on the phone. How can I get on the phone if I’m having system errors ? That are not related to my home internet. I despise this institution with a passion and I’m desperately seeking a way out.

Pros

The only Pro was that it didn't kill me and I'm alive today. Maybe another Pro is some of the people. Coworkers could be nice when they weren't being hammered by upper management. There were a small handful of people that treated others with respect.

Cons

It rolls down hill. Upper management was relentless in squeezing blood from a stone. Unrealistic demands on people's time and well being. Overworked. I spent too much time fighting for my team members and trying to keep them afloat which caused me to work long hours to keep myself above water. Questionable business practices at times which made it embarrassing representing this company. "Unprofessional" and "self-absorbed" are attributes I would use to describe some of the leadership.
