      Good pay with possible teamshare if monthly goals are made Fun, detailed training program Co-workers take great pride in the brand and product Coach has an interesting history

      Cons

      Little to no personal life or time to spend with family and friends-was told I cannot make plans on my days off. The work schedule is constantly changing-even up to the day before. The training can be excessive New healthcare benefits are expensive and are of just ok quality New workers receive less desirable hours/tasks and are left "out of the loop" with crucial information. You work with culturally diverse customers (not the con), which has lead to racism

      Coach Journey - platform that present you the history of Coach and the lastest updates on new collections. This helps you to get better knowledge about the product that you sell.

      Cons

      Benefits: just medical insurance... no extra perks. Employee Discount: Customers has better prices than employees (I worked in a Outlet), its like no have employee discount because is a 65% off from original price (ridiculous high price).
