      Pros

      Coworkers were pleasant; we didn’t have individual commission so it wasn’t an overly competitive or stressful environment

      Cons

      Managers would constantly try to get me to cover others’ shifts with little to no warning, then would act disappointed if I said no. Company kept taking away extra perks for customers (such as birthday discount) with almost no warning to us on staff. Company would change policies (like an SLG or handbag purchase being a prerequisite to buy additional hangtags) without implementing them at all locations, leading to customers getting mad at SAs when we upheld the actual policy.

      Pros

      I liked my coworkers but sometimes meeting the sales goals was challenging and didn’t seem worth it to me since I was only part time.

      Cons

      Sales goals. Working in this kind of environment was a little annoying and of course you had to work Black Friday weekend as well as several other key holidays.
