      So many tools that help you succeed. Great hard working staff. Great discount

      Company is moving to a different direction, quality workers are being looked over and being replaced by external hires who don't have the knowledge or the drive buy willing to work for a smaller salary.

      Pros

      Great company to work for when looking at Retail Opportunities. Monthly incentives for entire team, not just management when achieving sales goals. Great benefits, vacations, and 401K.

      Cons

      Hourly pay for sales associates should match Coach's competitors especially in higher-end malls.

      Good benefits compared to market, time off policies are generous, even for newly hired, some really wonderful people to work with throughout organization.

      Cons

      Work-life balance could be minimal depending on which department you work for and cross-functional communication not always successful.
