      All i can say is great pay.

      Cons

      Not enough recognition for good employees. All managers are on different pages. Rules are constantly changing. Managers constantly on power trips. Not enough communication between managers and corporate. High stress level. Managers constantly breathing down your neck. Not a good environment all together

      The factory store feels like a flea market

      Great discounts on bags, got to learn what a good Coach bag is, pay is higher the minimum wage

      Cons

      Associate managers give themselves more power than they actually have, some managers punish you like school children if you talk while walking the floor at the end of the night, it takes up to 2 hours to close the store.
