      Pros

      Very organized, friendly AND knowledgeable people. They hired really good personalities. Lots of opportunity. There is always a job for you to do and yes there may be slow moments but that is with every luxury store. The holidays working there were fantastic. I would go back to Coach.

      Cons

      This can be a good and a bad thing. People stay in their positions for a long time. There may be some people in upper management that have been there static for a long time so they think they no it all. It can be difficult working in the environment dominated by woman. That is something to look out for.

      good company,with nice people, friendly envrioment unless youre in sales

      Cons

      not comisssion based and team share (monthly bonus) are hardly ever earned.

      Cons

      Constantly shifting the focus for sales associates. One month its clientelling, the next month thats out the window and its metrics.
