• Work life balance - WFH for employees outside of NCR. Employees residing in NCR requires to work onsite twice a month. • Flexibility - Can adjust shift if needed. • The management is not strict in approving vacation leaves.

• Benefits are not special compared to other companies. • Low merit increase. • Annual bonus is no longer guaranteed. • Ongoing lay offs since 2022.
