Cielo is an awesome company - they give you the open road to blaze a trail and make your own way in whatever area you would like to explore. They are values based and promote team work and individuality.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of directive at various levels. This is only a challenge if you are someone who requires specific direction at all times and are unable to be proactive or strategic. If you want every minute of your day mapped out for you this may not be the right fit.

Pros

The people are laid back but hard working. The company truly cares about their employees. Tons of training and opportunities to fine tune your skills Great work/life balance

Cons

Pay is a little lower compared to other RPO companies. Raises are usually 2% or less each year. Insurance options are high deductible and too expensive

Pros

The amount of training opportunities to do your job better or even learn about other jobs is amazing. They really put forth the effort to see their employees succeed. Regular raises and bonuses as well as parties and recognition make it fun.

Cons

There is an emphasis on competition. If you don't like competing against your coworkers for top recognition you may not stand out as a leader.
