Alright company to work for not the Best!

Nice to work with people from across the world. A global company that works with a variety of clients. there is training and career progression and room for traveling to clients to be on site. Flexible as you can work home sometimes.

Cons

the pay isn't great and the bonus scheme is quite low compared to other companies. management isn't that experienced so sometimes not sure exactly what their expectations are. also your experience depends on the client you are working for.

The salary & bonus scheme is great, great team spirit and the management have good people skills, unlike many other companies.
