      Pros

      This is a business that is serious about being the most important in its space and is restless in its pursuit of that ambition. It is an exhilarating feeling being part of the team on this journey.

      Cons

      The journey is exhilarating but it can sometimes feel like an uncomfortable ride. You have to be ready to embrace change and to invest a lot of yourself. But I wouldn't be here if it wasn't like that.
