Pros

Flexible working, competitive pay, great team, use to be innovative and creative.

Cons

Poor Management, No scope for progression, high turnover of staff. Budgets cuts and restructuring happening across the board with a dwindling client base. Clearly not a healthy and stable place to work anymore unless you're part of the Senior Leadership then self preservation prevails.

several teams to work on if a contract is lost with your current team

Cons

geared toward inexperienced staff, doesn't operate with transparency, not open to feedback or opinions of staff, unusual culture within company, rarely see anyone over the age of 45
